Can I personalise a product?
Products that support personalisation show the available options on their listing. Enter names exactly as you want them printed. The cauldron is $19.99 standard or $24.99 with a name printed into its centre.
Can I choose a colour?
Choose from the colours listed on the product page. For a specific colour request, contact us before ordering so we can confirm availability. Screen colours may differ from the finished print.
Can you print something custom?
Use our custom print request form to share your idea, approximate size, intended use and reference files. We will assess the request before confirming the details.
When will my order be dispatched?
Our current dispatch time is 24–48 hours after ordering. This is dispatch time, not delivery time. If your custom request needs different arrangements, confirm them with us before ordering.
Is pickup available?
Shipping and local pickup options are shown at checkout. Contact us to arrange pickup details. Do not arrive without confirming arrangements.
What is the returns policy?
Eligible standard products have a seven-day change-of-mind return window, subject to the conditions in our returns policy, including being unused and undamaged. Personalised and custom-made products are excluded from change-of-mind returns. Your Australian consumer rights remain unaffected. See the full returns policy for details.
Why can I see lines on my print?
Visible layer lines, seams and small surface variations are normal features of FDM 3D printing. Please check each listing for product-specific care and use information.
Are the playsets suitable for young children?
Both potion playsets are listed for ages 5+ with adult supervision. Follow the safety information on the individual product page. Do not assume this age guidance applies to every product.
Can the products be used with food or heat?
Follow the individual listing. The cauldron is for wrapped treats or decoration; do not place unwrapped food directly inside it. Do not assume that a 3D-printed product is food-safe or suitable for hot liquids, flames, dishwashers or microwaves.
