Please provide only information needed for your order or request.

We use order information to make and fulfil your purchase, communicate about your order and handle customer support. Custom-print details and files are used to assess and respond to your request. Newsletter details are used for the updates you subscribe to. Contact us if you want to stop receiving these updates.
Service providers and payments
The store uses WordPress and WooCommerce with Hostinger hosting. PayPal and WooPayments provide the active payment options. The footer newsletter uses Hostinger Reach. Information needed to process payments, operate the website, send communications and fulfil orders is handled by the relevant service providers. Payment information is handled according to the provider and payment method you choose.
Cookies and analytics
The website uses cookies and similar technologies for store functions and Google Analytics through Site Kit to understand website activity and shopping or enquiry interactions. Analytics may collect information about pages visited, device/browser details and interactions. You can manage cookies through your browser; blocking them may affect store functions.
Overseas processing
Some service providers use infrastructure outside Australia. Google states that information may be processed on servers around the world. Hostinger lists processing locations including the United Kingdom, Netherlands, Lithuania and Cyprus, and other locations where needed to provide its services. Storage and retention
Order records are stored in the WooCommerce store. Automatic deletion or anonymisation periods are not currently configured for these records. Enquiry messages and attachments are sent to our business inbox. Contact us to request access, correction or deletion; some records may need to be retained for legal, accounting or order-support purposes.
